I always look forward to days when I get to share a new client project with you all. 🙂 Gina Caristo’s site is one of my recent favorites, because it incorporates a lot of elements that very much reflect my own personal style: hand-lettering, pops of color, and an overall bright feel. Also, “Karla” is one of my new favorite fonts, and it fit perfectly with this design!

Gina is a gorgeous girl with a passion for fitness, healthy-eating, and sharing her experiences about being a new mama. She is also incredibly sweet and enthusiastic. Every time I opened an email from her, I knew it would be paired with exclamation points and a very loving vibe. I absolutely think the final design we created is a reflection of her colorful, happy personality. 🙂

But more about the design, eh? I created a hand-lettered logo with a fun little “edge” to it. It’s memorable and bold and fit the bill just right! Gina also wanted the site to have a modern feel with lots of white, but of course, we didn’t want it to be boring! To balance out all of the white, we used a soft grey, and blocks of color. I love what we created! And here’s what Gina had to say about working together:
