A couple months ago, I shared some decor-in-progress photos of how I’m decorating my apartment. Today, I thought it would be fun to show you a couple new ways to style the same coffee table, because as the year and season changes, I find myself wanting to shake up the looks of my apartment. You, too? Let’s chat!Ā In this post, I’ll share three ways to style that marble-topped coffee table up there. I think you’ll like ’em!
First, this is howĀ I styled my coffee table a couple months ago — as a lounge-y workspace in my bedroom. I thought it would be fun to use some floor pillows and create a comfy space where I could work (or meander around the internet). By the way, the coffee table is from Sauder. You can find it here.
The second way I styled this coffee table was to use it as a place to display my little collection of succulents. I think this might be my favorite look! It’s a cute decorative piece, and you can also use it to set down miscellany, like your car keys when you get home from work. Wouldn’t it be cute in an entryway?
Finally, I used itĀ as an end table in my bedroom. The dark walnut finish matches nicely with my grey linen bedspread, and the table itself is perfect for folded sweaters or blankets — especially now that it’s getting cold outside! Plus, it keeps me from leaving a pile of clothes on my bed. š
Monja follows me around whenever I have a camera (or food) in my hand, so here’s a photo of that little stinker for good measure.
Now, ofĀ course you could use this coffee table as a…you know…coffee table! ButĀ I thought it would be more fun to find some new uses for it and ways to style it. I also regularly use it as a backdrop for Instagram photos (like this one!) — love the texture it gives my pictures. š
